Join Bridget every Monday evening in August at the beautiful Emeline Park in Haverstraw, NY!

We will practice yoga right by the river and connect to our nature surroundings! 
This will be an All Levels Vinyasa class suitable for all abilities.

We will modify the practice based on the students. 
Some mats will be provided but bring your own if you have one to use
